Payment and ordering

Ordering may be done through your Representative, by Phone, fax or email. If possible, please use the order form provided. Upon selecting your Cherokee Garment(s), Medeleq will ship goods (if in stock) within 2-3 days. Otherwise please allow approximately 4 weeks. If embroidery is required, please allow an additional 10 days. Whilst every effort is made to ensure your goods are within this time frame, sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control which can result in delays. We will notify you if there is a problem with the item you have ordered or there is a delay in getting your order to you.

Medeleq requires full payment for all items on order. This includes items which are to be ordered in. Payment can be made by either Cash, Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa), Direct Deposit or Cheque.

returns policy

Please find below details if necessary to return your items. Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order is correct, unfortunately there are times a refund is required. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. A Returns Number (RN) must accompany ALL returns, this can be obtained by contacting Medeleq.

WHAT IF I ORDER INCORRECTLY OR CHANGE MY MIND
Goods that are ordered incorrectly are returnable provided they are stock items only (goods that have not been specifically ordered in for you).

To Return an Item you must ensure the following:
1. Prior Approval has been sought by obtaining a Returns Number
2. The garment is in NEW condition with Tags/ Labels still attached and in original packaging
3. You include the original invoice with payment details
4. You do not allow more than 7 days to lapse from receipt of your order
5. Return Postage is the Responsibility of the person returning the garment.
(Please Note: Refunds can not be made on any Postage Charges)

WHAT IF THE GARMENT HAS BEEN EMBROIDERED OR ORDERED IN FOR ME
Garments that have been embroidered or ordered in specifically* for the recipient are not
returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

*Specific Orders are such orders that have been embroidered or ordered in from the United States.

WHAT IF I HAVE WORN MY GARMENT
Unfortunately due to Health Regulations, we cannot accept for return ANY garments that have been worn.
